Chef Dimitri Georges
Was born in Aix-en-Provence, France, in a family of talented cooks. From an early age, he decided to work in the Hospitality industry.
It has been very important to learn every aspect of the industry. He have worked as a server, barista, caterer, chef and manager. Also having worked in a local luxurious hotel, Dimitri has a passion for excellent costumer service and exquisite food.
He has been perfecting his skills in everyday life and have graduated from the Art institute of Vancouver. Having worked in many different styles of restaurants offering different cuisines, as well as traveling to India and Nepal (and many more), Chef Dimitri has a wide range of cuisines under his belt.
As a holistic chef, Dimitri realizes that great tasting meals and a healthy diet play a very important role in our lives and so have taken much care to learn about Nutrition and food pairing to create the best results.
He am dedicated in bringing my years of culinary experience, knowledge and passion for healthy food to your homes.
